15 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury meet the standard of KOA; 2. Kellgren and Lawrence I and II; 3. Aged 40 to 65 years females; 4. Give an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with Knee osteoarthritis, articular cartilage injury, collateral ligament injury, posterior cruciate ligament injury, intraarticular fracture and other diseases; 2. The lower limbs of ill side complicated with vascular injury or venous thrombosis; 3. Nerve injury in the lower limbs of ill side; 4. Obvious abnormal on blood routine tests and heart, lung, liver, renal function; 5. Neurological and mental disorders, pregnancy, lactation women or related medical history with severe organic diseases are not suitable for surgery; 6. Took party in other clinical study in past three months; 7. other conditions to be recorgnized by the investigator.
