Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2. sleep monitoring for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with insomnia; 2. Patients take sleeping pills or other substances that affect sleep; 3. patients who have had medical problems or have sleep medicine knowledge due to sleep problems; 4. Patients who have previously performed sleep monitoring and whose EEG may be abnormal (Such as brain tumors, epilepsy and wearing deep brain stimulator, etc.); 5. Patients with total sleep time <7 hours; 6. Patients with apparent daytime sleepiness (ESS = 9 points); 7. Patients with sleep-disordered breathing; 8. Patients whose sleeping habits changed a week ago before Sleep monitoring; 9. Patients with mental or physical disease.
