1 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Voluntary participation in the trial and signing of the informed consent statement; 2) Aged 1 to 6 years old; 3) Elective surgery with an operating time of no more than 1 hour; 4) ASA I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) BMI28; 2) there are nasal diseases; 3) There are factors that affect the communication between researchers and children; 4) There are poorly experiences about surgery and anesthesia; 5) Participants had nervous system, cardiovascular system, endocrine system and abnormal liver and kidney function; 6) There is a history of allergies to the studied drug.
