Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 for chronic insomnia: Sleep disorders are almost the only symptoms, other symptoms are secondary to insomnia, including difficulties in sleeping, sleep not deep, easy to wake up, dream, early awakening, wake up not easy to sleep, wake up feeling discomfort, fatigue or daytime sleepiness and so on; (2) The above sleep disorders occur at least 3 times a week, and last for more than one month; (3) Insomnia can cause significant distress or decrease in mental activity, or interfere with social functions; (4) Not a part of any physical illness or mental disorder; (5) Aged 26-64 years; (6) Above the level of primary school education; (7) Voluntary participation and the signing of the informed consent; (8) Previous took medication has not been used or stopped for more than 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with mental illness (such as schizophrenia); (2) Women in pregnancy and lactation; (3) Patients with major depression and anxiety disorders; (4) Patients with other neurological diseases (such as Parkinson, epilepsy, etc.); (5) Patients with substance addiction; (6) Other sleep disorders (such as restless legs syndrome, RBD, apnea syndrome, etc.); (7) And other severe diseases (advanced cancer and severe cardiovascular disease).
