Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. all the patients met the diagnostic criteria of stroke and depression; 2. clear-mindedness, physical examination and cooperation, understanding and language expression without hindrance 3. there were no severe cognitive and functional disorders; 4. PSD for the first time, the course of which was less than 6 months; 5. the age of the patients was between 18 and 75 years old, male and female were not limited; 6. Signed informed consent, willing to be evaluated.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe illness, hemiplegia and disturbance of consciousness; (2) patients with dementia, severe mental retardation, or speech impairment; (3) those who can not take care of themselves seriously; (4) those with previous history of mental illness; (5) patients with severe heart, lung, liver, renal failure or other serious physical diseases; (6) pregnant and lactating women.
