Cartilage Defect on Femoral Head

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 14 - 40 years old, cartilage defect on femoral head, male or female; 2. medium or severe level pain (VAS>=6) with impaired hip function (Harris score <=69); 3. patients who can only wait for hip arthroplasty; 4. Be willing for surgical treatment; 5. Agree to take part into this clinical trail and signed the informed consent approved by the Ethic Committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe diabetes and other internal diseases which cause the patient cannot tolerate for the surgery; 2. Pregnant or Lactating women and others who do not fit; 3. Existing cerebral disease or have a history of neurological and psychiatric disease including AD, stroke and psychosis; 4. developmental diseases of hip; 5. severe calcification of costal cartilage; 6. Unwillingness to comply with the protocol or procedures; 7. Unwilling or unable to fit data collection.
