18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged from 18 to 60 years; 2) Scheduled for a VATS procedure by the same surgeon; 3) ASA I–II; 4) Good communication; 5) Eligible patients who agree to write informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergy to ropivacaine, hydromorphone or compound betamethasone; 2) Communication difficulties; 3) A history of psychiatric illness; 4) Pregnancy; 5) Received other clinical trial in three months.
