Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 15-65 years old; Renal biopsy biopsy was performed within 3 months before being selected; Informed consent was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary IgAN, purpura glomerulonephritis, hepatitis B related glomerulonephritis, and other renal diseases such as diabetic nephropathy, with infections, tumors, severe cardiac insufficiency, liver diseases, and patients who can not avoid the use of nephrotoxic drugs.
