Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Liver cancer patients: 1. Small liver cancer (= 5cm) or large liver cancer (5-10cm), Child-Pugh Classification (CPC-) A or B, clearly marked whether there is antiviral therapy; 2. First treatment by SBRT, BED 80Gy to 100Gy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who can't complete radiotherapy; 2. The patients who are dropped out; 3. The patients who have received chemotherapy, targeted drug therapy and other comprehensive therapies that seriously affect blood biochemical indexes.
