Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-75 years male or female, be able to tolerate the surgery; (2) renal stones' diameter between 1.5 and 3.0cm confirmed by imaging test(IVU, renal CT scan or CTU ); (3) If combined with contralateral renal calculi, the anterior operative side is included; (4) Agree to participate in this clinical study, complete postoperative follow-up and sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Coagulopathy or currently on anti-coagulation therapy; (2) InfectionUncontrolled urinary tract infection, pyonephrosis, sepsis; (3) Any urological anatomical factors that can fail to operate the endoscopic surgery; (4) Intolerant of Anesthesiologists; (5) Comorbidities that interfere with the participation or completion of the study, e.g. myocardial infarction, stroke, congestive heart failure, severe chronic respiratory lung disease, cancer, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, pregnancy, severe systemic diseases or psychosis; (6) No plan to return to our hospital for D-J stent removal and relevant follow-up a month after surgery; (7) Currently involved in other clinical studies; (8) Refuse to sign informed consent.
