20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing elective open hepatobiliary surgery, Aged twenty to sixty-five, Body mass index between eighteen to thirty, ASA 1-2 grade, agreeded to accept one of the two analgesic regimens randomly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of anaesthetic allergy, Puncture site infection or trauma, Hard to communicate, History of mental illness or recent use of psychotropic drugs, History of analgesic drug abuse, Unclear anatomical structure shown by ultrasound, malformed vertebrae, Severe organ dysfunction.
