Gold Standard:Definite diagnoses of AAD and PE were confirmed by CTA and those for AMI were confirmed by CAG and subsequent elevation of troponin I.

18 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged older than 18 years; 2. Definite diagnoses of AAD and PE were confirmed by CTA and those for AMI were confirmed by CAG and subsequent elevation of troponin I.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose medical records contained insufficient data; 2. Patients or relatives refuse to do the main medical tests of this study; 3. Acute traumatic patients.
