Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) male or female, aged 16 ~ 75 years; 2) experimental group: the diagnosis of IBS Roman IV standard, a clear diagnosis of IBS patients; Control group: match the recruiting over the same age, sex and without any other diseases of the digestive tract symptoms and healthy volunteers; 3) no other serious disease, mental disorders, with normal communication ability; 4) signed informed consent, agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) complicated with other serious heart, liver, kidney, respiratory, digestive, blood, endocrine system disease; 2) the combination of various acute infection, tumor and severe arrhythmia, spirit system disorders; 3) pregnancy or lactation; 4) application of antibiotics, acid suppression, lactulose, probiotics, or other drugs affecting gastrointestinal dynamic history in the 4 weeks.
