Group 1:anesthesia was maintained with Propofol and remifentanil
Group 2:Intraoperative anesthesia was maintained with Etomidate and rifentanil
Group 3:Intraoperative anesthesia was maintained with Etomidate compound dexmedetomidine - rifentanil anesthesia

60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients selected to perform the ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy aged 60 to 75 years old, with no serious liver, kidney and cardiovascular disease before surgery, BMI 20-24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: State of consciousness, cognitive function and mental behavior were abnormal, history of drug or alcohol addiction, sedative drugs was used recently, allergic to propofol, etomidate, remifentanil or dexmetomidine.
