Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mothers: women between 20–35 years of age giving birth to a single, healthy, full-term infant and exclusive breastfeeding at least until two months of age Neonates: apgar score>8
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers: gestational diabetes, hypertension, cardiac diseases, acute communicable diseases, and postpartum depression; nipple or lacteal gland diseases; Neonates: congenital or hereditary disease; galactosemia,phenylketonuria and other contraindications for human milk consuming
