Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Patients with free head and neck tumors (temporal bone, forearm); 3. Operating time = 4h. 4. canet score = 26 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary artery stenosis, pulmonary hypertension and congestive heart failure, complex heart deformities; 2. Severe chest wall malformation, acute obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD), acute bronchitis, and uncontrolled asthma; 3. History of mental illness; 4. Patients or their families refused to participate in clinical trials.
