18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients are diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer in clinical and will undergo lung wedge resection, segmentectomy, lobectomy and sleeve resection; (2) No history of pulmonary thromboembolism, and the preoperative venous ultrasonography didn't detect the presence of deep vein thrombosis; (3) There was no history of anticoagulant therapy in three months before surgery; (4) No history of severe bleeding, peptic ulcer and severe coagulation disorders; (5) Withour evidence of severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (6) No history of hypersensitivity to enoxaparin or low molecular weight heparin; (7) No history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia(HIT); (8) BMI 18.5kg/m2 - 40 kg/m2; (9) No history of diseases which can result in severe bleeding, such as hypertensive crisis, diabetic retinopathy and so on; (10) Voluntary participation in this study and signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patients who refused to join or continue this study; (2) The pathologic diagnosis wasn't non-small cell lung cancer; (3) The patients who suffered severe coagulation disorders after surgery; (4) The patients with active thoracic bleeding after surgery who couldn't complete this study as schedule. (5) The patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency after surgery; (6) The count of platelet decreased or HIT was considered after the using of enoxaparin; (7) The patients with severe hemorrhagic risk after surgery according to our assessment; (8) The postoperative Caprini score less than 3 points.
