50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) idiopathic PD; 2) aged 50-80 years; 3) education >=9 years; 4) Hoehn-Yahr 1-2.5; 5) untreated with dopaminergic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) secondary parkinsonism or atypical parkinsonism; 2) other neurological disorders including epilepsy, stroke and brain injury; 3) psychiatric disorders; 4) history of alcohol or drug abuse; 5) possible dementia; 6) significant current depression; 7) unable to complete MRI; 8) working memory capacity <4.
