18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. Diagnosis or suspection of a solid pancreatic lesion based on previous imaging study (ultrasonography, computed tomography); 3. The lesion diameter >2cm; 4. Patients who provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Pancreatic cystic lesions; 3. Anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy cannot be suspended; 4. Unable or refuse to provide informed consent; 5. Coagulation disorder (PLT 1.5); 6. With cardiorespiratory dysfunction that cannot tolerate the the risk of intravenous anesthesia 7. With history of mental diaease; 8. Other medical conditions that are not suitable for EUS-FNB.
