Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Burns will be limited to one part of the patient's limbs and trunk; 2. The depth is limited to second-degree burns; 2. Vulnerated reason is limited to heat liquid; 3. Burns area covered 3 or 5 percent of the patient's body surface; 4. Treatment time is limited to 24 hours following the injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients are allergy to sulfonamide ,silver and recombinant human epidermal growth factor; 2. The patients have a weakened immune system or are on corticosteroids; 3. The patients used antibiotics within a week; 4. The patients who have inhalation injury; 5. The patients have severe heart, liver and renal impairment or dysfunction of vital organs; 6. The patients have diseases in nervous-mental system and more serious endocrine disorder.
