Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-85 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not clear whether infection, ICU retention time is less than 72h, CPR, chronic renal insufficiency, pregnant women, clinical data incomplete. The patients and their family members volunteered to participate in this study and approved by the hospital ethics committee.
