Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hyperuricemia :serum uric acid = 7mg/dl; gout: 2015 Gout classification criteria: an American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism collaborative initiative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients and control subjects diagnosed with autoimmune diseases such as type 1 diabetes or rheumatoid arthritis, who suffered from chronic inflammatory diseases (such as inflammatory bowel disease) or chronic renal disease, or had taken medicine (such as thiazide diuretics) to regulate SUA levels were excluded from this study.
