18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. men or women aged 18-80 years old; 2. diagnosed with TIA or Ischemic Stroke; 3. for patients without symptoms;1)carotid atherosclerosis plaque( intima-media thickness>=1.5mm) detected by carotid artery ultrasound;2)Ischemic lesions or cerebral arteriosclerosis comfirmed by CT or MRI; 4. patients or their legal representative who have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with cerebral hemorrhage or hemorrhagic cerebral infarction comfirmed by CT or MRI; 2. coma patients; 3. patients with a platelets count <80×10^9/L, or bleeding tendency disease such as blood disease, peptic ulcer; 4. patients with malignant tumor, severe infection, impaired liver function or renal dysfunction; 5. pregnant women.
