Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 70 years, male patient and signed informed consent; 2. Rectal primary lesions were diagnosed as rectal adenocarcinoma by histopathological examination of living body; 3. The tumor is less than or equal to 12cm away from the anal margin and is located on the posterior or rectal wall of the rectum; 4. The preoperative clinical stage was T1~2N0M0. It is expected that the results of R0 surgery can be obtained by performing total mesorectal excision of the rectum (TME); 5. The preoperative ECOG performance status score was 0 or 1 and the ASA score was I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute intestinal obstruction, perforation or hemorrhage; 2. Tumor invades surrounding tissues, organs, or areas with enlarged lymph nodes, and TME cannot be applied. 3. Those with other malignant diseases or other malignant diseases within 5 years; 4. Have a history of major surgery in the lower abdomen or pelvis; 5. Suffer from severe mental illness or history of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months; 6. Insufficient vital organs such as heart, brain and lungs cannot tolerate surgery; 7. Preoperative urinary incontinence or severe stress urinary incontinence.
