Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-III; Aged=18 years; BMI<30 kg/m2; Mallampati grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. coagulation dysfunction; 2. history of nasal surgery, nasal polyps, nasal bleeding; 3. serious cardiopulmonary disease; 4. pregnant women; 5. allergic to narcotic drugs.
