Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia published in the Blood Group of the Chinese Academy of Pediatric Pediatrics Section 2014 and Chinese adults released in 2016 according to the Chinese Society of Anticancer Association Hematological Oncology and the Leukemia Lymphoma Group of the Chinese Medical Association Hematology Branch. The diagnosis and treatment guidelines for acute lymphoblastic leukemia were diagnosed as acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients; 2) Aged 1-40 years old; 3) The Han nationality; 4) receiving high-dose methotrexate administration and blood concentration testing; 5) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other ethnic minority patients; 2) Combining other types of blood diseases; 3) Patients with severe liver and kidney function diseases and gastrointestinal disorders, mucositis and other diseases; 4) Patients with allergies or allergies to methotrexate
