20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) generally healthy; 2) aged 20-80 years; 3) normotensive; 4) free of clinically relevant cardiovascular diseases, such as diabetes or hypertension, or using their respective medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) current smoker or former smoker with <5 years since smoking cessation; 2) acute illness or active infection.
