Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients between the age of 18 and 75 years old who can understand and sign informed consent; 2. have heart failure diagnosed by the Framingham criteria more than 3 months before recruitment; 3. the LVEF value less than 50% detected by TEE using modified Simpson method; 4. heart failure was stable without obvious symptoms and medication adjustment were not performed within 1 month; 5. Pregnant women should agree to take effective contraceptives within and 1 week after the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with peripheral arterial disease; 2. patients with uncontrolled hypertension (SBP>160mmHg,DBP>100mmHg); 3. patients unable to perform 6-minutes walk or cardiopulmonary exercise tests; 4. ACS or cardiac stent implantation or CABG within 6 months; 5. patients with severe valvular heart diseases (worse than moderate valvular regurgitation or stenosis); 6. have suffered from stoke or malignant arrhythmias within 3 months; 7. patients who were in the stage of tumor activity; 8. patients with other severe systemic diseases; 9.Pregnant or lactating women; 10. have participate in other studies within 30 days or will participate in experiment period; 11. other situations thought not appropriate for the study.
