Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are as followings: 1. Pregnant women with complete prenatal check record establish a card in this subject's cooperating hospital, observe the regular check-ups at the prescribed time as well as prepare to deliver at this hospital; 2. Pregnant women who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 3. Pregnant women without serious genetic defects and mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The maternal exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart and liver and kidney disease, gastrointestinal and nutritional diseases; patients with endocrine diseases, connective tissue diseases, mental illness; termination of pregnancy due to various reasons, twin pregnancy or multiple pregnancy, long-term use of antibiotics; Patients with renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, severe stomach diseases, lung diseases, threatened abortions; 2. The neonatal exclusion criteria: During childbirth, peripartum asphyxia or severe birth injury occurs. After birth, it is accompanied by obvious malformations, congenital heart disease or congenital obstinacy. There are serious infections after birth, such as neonatal sepsis,and congenital metabolic diseases.
