18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old first DCD kidney transplantation; 2. Blood type is consistent; 3. PRA is negative; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Second transplant or multiple organ transplant; 2. Subject with white blood cell (WBC) count = 3×10^9/L; 3. Pregnant women or women of child bearing age not willing to commit to dual contraception prophylaxis; 4. Subject has a history of or is believed by the Investigator to have used an illicit drug(s) and/or abused alcohol within 6 months prior to screening; 5. Subject has an active liver disease or meaningful liver disease, defined as ALT or AST more than 3 times normal; 6. Subject has a current malignancy or a history of any malignancy; 7. Subject is unwilling or unable to comply with the protocol or fill in the form; 8. Currently participating in other investigational drug or medical intervention study.
