No minimum to 3 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged from 1 month to 36 months; ASA grade I to grade II of cleft palate or cleft palate with cleft lip, elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other maxillofacial malformations, such as Pierre Robin syndrome; 2. BMI>30; 3. combined with heart failure, anemia, asthma, COPD or OSAS in the course of the disease or the past 14 days of the lower respiratory tract infection, high fever; 4. The movement of the neck is limited; 5. other cases that are not suitable for testing.
