18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) the age of 18 years old -65 years, men and women are not limited; 2) HIV antibody positive was confirmed by Western Blot confirmatory test; 3) the time of receiving HAART was more than 1 years, and the plasma HIV load of 50copies/ml was greater than 18 months; 4) the count of CD4+T lymphocyte was less than 300 cells/ul, or increased less than 20% compared with the baseline of treatment; 5) in accordance with the spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome / lung spleen two deficiency syndrome diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: In conformity with the inclusion criteria, one of the following conditions shall be excluded 1) severe opportunistic infection before the group was not controlled; 2) patients who enter the group in January or are participating in other drug clinical trials; 3) those who received immunomodulatory therapy within 1 months before the group were treated; 4) WBC < 2 * 10^9/L * 109/L, N < 1, Hb < 90g/L, PLT < 75 * 10^9/L, liver and kidney dysfunction (abnormal liver function refers to AST or ALT or T-BIL more than 2 times the upper limit of the reference value, abnormal renal function refers to creatinine clearance rate is lower than the normal value); 5) patients with hepatitis C, liver cirrhosis and syphilis; 6) pregnant women or breast-feeding women and women of childbearing age who have not adopted safe contraception measures.
