Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18~65 years; (2) Primary school or above; (3) The diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 depression in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for psychiatric disorders in the United States; (4) hamd17>17; (5) patients and their families voluntarily accepted clinical trials and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those suffering from other psychiatric disorders; and (2) taking antidepressant drugs other than SSRI; (3) Patients with bipolar disorder or mania in their immediate family, followed by a history of Manic episodes; (4) severe physical or traumatic brain injury: including inflammatory disease and autoimmune diseases; and (5) patients with severe hypokalemia; (6) Pregnancy and lactation; (7) substance dependence or abuse; (8) 3 months taking steroid hormones and other drugs; (9) Those with hearing and visual color impairment.
