Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Above 18 years old; 2. Patients with early esophageal cancer, early gastric cancer, and early colorectal cancer who did not achieve a curative resection after ESD; 3. Patients undergoing further surgery after endoscopic resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal tumors; 2. Patients who have undergone thoracic or abdominal surgery; 3. Pathology of specimens after ESD indicates that only the horizontal margin is positive; 4. Using of other treatments addition to surgery; 5. Patients who are unwilling to participate in this study.
