18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. older than 40 years of age; 2. at least 3 cycles of IVF transplantation or at least 4 pieces of high quality embryo transplantation, and no implantation; 3. Spontaneous abortion 2 or more times more than 2 times; 4. volunteer to accept and cooperate with the researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe endometriosis; 2. endometrial polyps and submucous myoma; 3. intrauterine adhesions; 4. congenital or acquired uterine malformations; 5. chromosomal abnormalities; 6. endocrine diseases; 7. unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate with investigators.
