L:low tidal volume mechnical ventilation with low oxygen concentration
H:low tidal volume mechnical ventilation with high oxygen concentration

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged=18 years old; 2. Selective cardiac surgery will be performed in the median sternal incision under the extracorporeal circulation; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The aortic arch and other deep hypothermic stopping operations; 2. Heart transplantation, pulmonary arterial thrombosis; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Preoperative long-term use of hormone systemic therapy (greater than 3 months); 5. Already joined other similar researchers three months ago.
