Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is confirmed by Histopathology as head and neck malignant tumor and needs radiotherapy; 2. The patient needs to have certain gastrointestinal function, have no serious intestinal obstruction and can carry out enteral nutrition; 3. The two groups of patients should be consistent in sex, age, type of disease, severity ratio, so as to get representative results; 4. Gastrointestinal digestion and absorption function is basically normal; 5. 18 to 75 years of age; 6. PG-SGA = 2; 7. KPS = 70; 8. The patient's heart, lung, kidney, liver and bone marrow function are basically normal,have no radiochemotherapy contraindication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe impairment of intestinal function or enteral nutritional intolerance; 2. Digestive tract has serious obstruction.The patient can't eat through the mouth and unable / unwilling to go nutrition tube; 3. No malnutrition or nutritional risk; 4. The patient has serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 5. Severe malnutrition(pre-treatment weight loss > 10 % or serum albumin < 30g/L or BMI < 18.5 kg / M2 or hemoglobin < 90g/L); 6. Psychiatric patients with severe cognitive and speech impairments.
