Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors diagnosed by pathology or cytology; meet diagnostic criteria for cancer-causing fatigue; 2. The estimated survival period exceeds 3 months; 3. PS <=2, aged 18 to 80 years; 4. The patient is willing to accept the treatment of the program, can adhere to the outpatient treatment according to the doctor's advice, and good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any condition that may hinder the subject's completion of the clinical trial process, including but not limited to severe, uncontrollable organic disease or infection, unstable angina, congestive heart failure, etc.; 2. Severe abnormal liver and kidney function (serum creatinine >=1.5 ULN; ALT or AST >=5 ULN; 3. 3. Bilirubin >=1.5 ULN); 4. Symptomatic, uncontrollable neurological, mental, or mental disorders; 5. Unwilling to accept acupuncture treatment or fear of acupuncture treatment; 6. The condition of central nervous system metastasis is not controlled, and there is obvious cranial hypertension or neuropsychiatric symptoms; 7. Poor adherence is not compatible with the therapist.
