Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are diagnosed as central lesion with abnormal muscle tone by clinical and radiographic results; 2. Ranging from 40 to 79 years old; Brunnstrom = III and Ashworth Scales=2 points; 3. The condition is stable and patients meet the criterion of rehabilitation; 4. Without any serious cognitive dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congestive heart failure;lower extremity deep venous thrombosis; malignant progressive hypertension;respiratory failure;active liver disease;renal inadequacy; 2. Injured skin; 3. Fracture; 4. History of mental disease or antipsychotic drugs.
