18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy; 2. ASAI-II; 3. Aged 18-65 years old; 4. BMI 18 to 25kg/m2; 5. operate by the same endoscopist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. To be allergic to propofol; 2. have ever suffered from glaucoma , prostatomegaly ,diabetes or hyperthyreosis; 3. plan to be conducted endoscopic treatment; 4. have ever suffered from abdominal operation; 5. mental, neurological disease; 6.organ dysfunction (liver,kindy,brain,lung failure); 7. sleep apnea syndrome.8.long-term opioid administration.
