Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet Western disease diagnostic criteria; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine; (3) Patients aged 40 to 75 years old; (4) No treatment with drugs or other treatments in the past two weeks; (5) Signed to enter the study informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis; (2) Cases that are not within the scope of the small acupotomy; (3) Co-morbidities affect the joints, such as psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, and acute trauma; (4) Women who are pregnant or are preparing for pregnancy; (5) allergies and allergic to a variety of drugs; (6) Combining cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic, and endocrine systems with severe primary disease and psychosis; (7) The patient is critically ill and it is difficult to make an exact assessment of the effectiveness and safety of the treatment; (8) Cannot adhere to this protocol or receive other treatments that affect the efficacy observer; (9) Significant stenosis of the joint space or the formation of bone bridges between the joints and bone rigidity; patients with a history of blood vessel and nerve injury.
