Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged = 18 years old; (2) stable hemodialysis more than 3 months; (3) The mean blood phosphorus level before dialysis in the recent 3 months was =1.78 mmol/L; (4) pre-dialysis whole blood parathyroid hormone (iPTH) = 800 ng/dl; (5) voluntarily maintain a stable diet during the experiment; (6) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergy to low protein rice or whey protein powder; (2) during pregnancy and lactation; (3) with malignant tumors, or cardiovascular, liver, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases; (4) poor diet compliance; (5) participated in other drug clinical research within 1 month; (6) Researchers think it inappropriate to be selected.
