Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: 1) advanced colorectal cancer patients with advanced colorectal cancer and untreated patients were highly suspected by cytology, histopathological confirmation or imaging joint examination; 2) the imaging evaluation of nuclear magnetic function and the examination of laboratory related indicators and the basic normal function of the heart, liver, kidney and bone marrow of all patients were basically normal; 3) willing to join the project research, agreed to take at least four to six cycles of chemotherapy (5 fluorouracil, and oxaliplatin into Iraq for kang based on effective) for preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy drugs, and can fit on a regular basis in our blood biochemical examination and imaging follow-up review, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) a history of drug-induced liver injury (traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), anti-tuberculosis drug, antipyretic analgesic), liver, kidney function was abnormal before chemotherapy, metabolic and endocrine disease (lipid metabolic disorders, type 2 diabetes), blood disease, repeated a large number of patients with history of blood transfusion; General nuclear magnetic examination contraindication (in the body of metal implants, metal stent implantation, cardiac pacemaker, claustrophobic); Unable to withstand nuclear magnetic breath or free breathing trigger scanner; The image artifact of the patient was obvious and affected the image analyzer.
