18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years old; 2. the maximum diameter16 mm by transthoracic echocardiography (TTE); 3. the defect located at 9 to 12 oclock positions of an analog clock in the short axis parasternal view; 4. left to right shunt; and 5. pulmonary pressure<70 mm Hg by TTE.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with aortic valve prolapse, severe aortic regurgitation, right to left shunt, severe cyanosis, pulmonary pressure >70 mmHg, and cardiac function class IV were excluded.
