Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) predialysis of chronic renal failure and consent to action venous anastomosis; (2) Aged 18-80 years; (3) the signing of the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who did not conform to chronic renal failure; (2) the refusal of arteriovenous anastomosis; (3) people with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver and hematopoiesis; (4) after kidney transplantation, patients with psychosis; (5) patients with acute renal failure; (6) pregnant or lactating women; (7) patients who are known to be allergic to the drugs used; (8) people who are participating in other drug clinical trials or in other clinical trials within 3 months or other drugs that have been used to control thrombus.
