Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years old; 2. Acute basilar artery occlusion evidenced by computed tomographic angi-ography (CTA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) or digital subtraction angiography (DSA); 3. Within 24 hours after the onset of stroke (Onset time is defined as patients with the symptoms of acute basilar artery occlusion, if the onset time is not clear, it would be estimated as the last time patient was seen normal), according to the guideline and latest study, the time frame for intravenous thrombolysis is 4.5h, the time frame for endovascular treatment is 24 hours; 4. Patients received one or more treatments of drug antithrombotic, intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular therapy (primarily with new stent retriever or aspiration devices, if necessary combined with angioplasty and/or stenting).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients could be impossible to be followed up; 2. Cerebral hemorrhage.
