Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >18 years old, male or female, laparoscopic distal gastrectomy due to gastric cancer; (2) Conform to ethical requirements, patients can communicate well with researchers,participate in this research voluntarily, actively cooperate with medical staff in the research process and comply with the requirements of the entire research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Dysfunction of important organs such as heart and lung; (2) Patients with serious mental diseases; (3) Pregnant women; (4) Late gastric cancer undergoing palliative gastrectomy; (5) Previous gastric surgery; (6) Pyloric obstruction caused by gastric cancer; (7) Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy before operation; (8) Combined with other malignant tumors.
