Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnostic criteria: The diagnostic criteria for protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc (Third Edition) of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion (lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion). (1) low back pain and lower limb pain, lower extremity pain is a typical area of lumbosacral nerve root distribution area pain, often showing lower limbs pain than low back pain; (2) two signs of four kinds of neurologic disorders: abnormal sensation of sensory, weakening of muscle strength, atrophy of muscle and reflex in the area of nerve distribution; (3) the nerve root tension test, the straight leg lift test or the femoral nerve traction test were positive. (4) the imaging examination included X-ray, CT, MRI and other examinations in accordance with the signs of lumbar intervertebral disc hernia. 2. inclusion criteria All of them were in accordance with the above criteria and were numbness of the lower extremities, aged between 20~60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) it is not in conformity with the inclusion criteria; (2) there were obvious symptoms of the compression of the cauda equina nerve, and there was a clear indication of the recent operation. (3) there are other related bone and joint disorders, including lumbar instability, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spinal tuberculosis, spinal cord tumors, rheumatic or rheumatoid arthritis. (4) the combination of hematopoietic system, cardiovascular system, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases, tumors and psychotic patients; (5) women in pregnancy and lactation; (6) yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome of yin deficiency and blood heat, or jiyong. (yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity: insomnia, throat thirsty, facial flushing, lassitude, red tongue, less moss, pulse string breakdown. Syndrome of yin deficiency and blood heat: dry mouth and throat, or zygomatic red, hot flashes, or see the hot hand. The tongue is red and less, the moss less or no moss, the number of veins.
