Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. SAS screening was included in non-diabetic cases, SAS negative cases were healthy control group (NDM), diabetes mellitus cases were diabetic group (DM); patients with diabetes mellitus were scored as SAS score, positive patients were included in autonomic neuropathy group DAN), patients with negative scores were included in the Non-Autonomic Neuropathy Group (UDAN);Signed the informed consent; 2. patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, gender is not limited, Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other causes of peripheral neuropathy; gestational women; mental patients; cerebrovascular disease.
