Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Younger than 6 years old; gender is not limited; ASA I~II grade; to be treated with dental caries; the operation time is expected to exceed one hour under general anesthesia; parents or guardians fully informed and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital heart disease or severe hematological system diseases; neuropsychiatric disorders such as epilepsy or autism and hyperactivity disorder; severe lung disease or liver and kidney function impairment; history of general anesthesia or surgery before or during follow-up; convulsions or traumatic brain injury during follow-up.
